Q: Parking and Accessibility?
A: Free parking available in front of clinic.
Please Note: the clinic is not wheelchair accessible and does require the physical ability to use stairs and maneuver slightly uneven terrain.

Q: Direct Billing?
A: Currently direct billing is only offered for Pacific Blue Cross (more coming soon!), however, our booking system does provide an easily submittable invoice delivered right to your email! Please note that we do not bill directly for ICBC or WCB claims. Although you can still receive treatment, you may run into some issues (or be denied) with submitting your invoice. Please let us know if you would like a referral to a clinic that does work directly with these companies! 

Q: How to prepare?
A: Before your visit it is best (not a strict requirement) if you have eaten a small meal, showered and are well hydrated! Wearing comfortable easy clothes and bring a hair tie if needed. 

Q: Treatment Length?
A: The treatment is a total of 60 minutes. This time includes your interview, assessment and home-care. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment for restroom and any questions. ~5 minutes at the beginning of the treatment are reserved for assessment and getting on the table and ~5 minutes at the end of treatment to reassess and instruct any home-care. 

Q: Payment?
A: There are multiple ways to settle your account balance. Preferably you will be able to seamlessly pay by billing your credit card (through our booking software) as this reduces the time taken to process any payments and allows us to spend more time actually treating! We also will gladly accept e-transfers and will also have a card reader on site for your convenience! Cash will be accepted on a case-by-case bases as no cash is kept on site and therefor no change can be given, please keep this in mind.
